MATTRESS RETURNS

From the day your Latex For Less Mattress is delivered, you’ll have 120 days to try it out. Sleep on your Latex For Less Mattress during this time and give your body time to adjust.

It may take several weeks for your body to adjust to the feel of a new mattress. Because of this, we require you to try the mattress for a minimum of 30 days from the date of receipt. If after 30 days you decide that the Latex For Less Mattress is not for you, you may return it for a full refund of your purchased price. Once we receive your mattress, a full refund of the purchase price will be refunded back to you. Should you need assistance with returning your mattress, we offer a concierge mattress removal service for $99. Our trained carriers will remove the mattress from your bedroom and transport it for donation, so there’s nothing for you to do. If you decide to return your mattress prior to trying the mattress for 30 days, a $99 convenience fee will be deducted from your refund. Mattresses must be in a condition suitable for donation to be eligible for return (i.e., no stains, tears, excessive odors, or soiling). Law tags must be attached to the mattress in its original, unaltered state.

Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled without incurring shipping charges. If you refuse an order, then round trip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. You may return your mattress within 120 nights of receipt, after your first 30 days of trying the mattress.

TOPPER AND PILLOW RETURNS

Due to their personal nature, Toppers, Topper Covers and Pillows are not returnable.

 

ADJUSTABLE BASE AND FOUNDATION RETURNS

Adjustable Bases and Foundations are not returnable, as they can be used with any mattress.

 

AMAZON RETURNS

All returns and customer support questions for products purchased through Amazon should go through Amazon's support within their 30-day trial period. Amazon’s customer service can help arrange for the pickup, return, or refund of your purchase. We're always here to help with general questions, but they'll handle all returns or exchanges.

If your mattress was purchased directly from Latex for Less, then we will handle all aspects of your order and you can reach out to us by email, chat, or phone for help with returning your mattress or making a claim under the warranty.
